Progression is

My original consult with Dr. B included discussion of dose for RRMS

targeting slowing or halting progression. He told me that he felt

4.5mg was the best target dose for most folks. If sleep was a severe

problem that several weeks at 3mg would be ok, but try to move up to

4.5mg asap. I asked about sleeping pills (lorazepam - spelling?)

which he said would be fine. I took them on and off for 2 weeks and

now sleep deeply unaided most of the time. I did experience leg

stiffness (not one of my original MS symptoms) which is just now (80

days or so) passing completely. It was somewhat painful at times.

My wife is taking LDN as a cancer preventative (has had 2 bouts) and

did have some sleep issues but no stiffness. Again 4.5mg was the

target dose from Dr. B. We both started with 4.5mg and continue at

this dose today.

Hope that helps,

alan
