Guest guest
Hi Laurie, Thanks so much for letting me know that the morning stiffness did not worsen on 3 mg. I will have to tell some of my faily members about LDN, because fibro runs in my family. I will go on 3 mg for at least a month after the baby is born to see if that helps me before I try the larger dose. I did call Dr. Bihari's office, but his initial fee was too expensive for me. (I have out of network coverage, but it only covers 70% of what they think the doctor should charge. Since I can't work, that's a too much for me to afford.) Dr. Bihari's office manager said that I could use LDN while pregnant and nursing, so once I am no longer pregnant I will try it. I e-mailed my primary physician and he said that it sounds like a resonable treatment and that he would be willing to prescribe it! I am really excited about that. IBS was a problem for me too before the pregnancy. I'm so glad that it worked so well for you and others on the board and am very hopeful about it.
