News of a meetng focused on LDN and a Clincal Trial is fantastic.

I will attempt to attend (from Ontario Canada) and will respond to

the survey as requested.

I would like to suggest that consideration be given to a line being

added to the survey (or under a seperate cover) allowing those of us

who may not be able to attend, or who otherwise wish to contribute

money (a " fee " or " fees " ) to help some folks to attend that may need

the help financially, and or to help pay the cost of the venue and

related expenses. I don't want to make extra work but I do want to

help out.

I for one, whether I can attend or not, would happily help support

this effort financially.
