Guest guest
There are a few of us who are unable to tolerate Avicel. I know it was the Avicel because I started out on Lactose but wanted to try Avicel. I switched in my 3rd month on LDN from lactose to avicel and I first noticed a mild headache, then mild nausea in the AM and that increaded to a worse headache, severe nausea and near vomiting. I switched back to lactose and I've been fine and I've been on LDN 1 year & 1 month. Many use Acidophilus and I've never heard one complaint about it. It's great for intestinal flora, acid reflux and candida(yeast over-growth), etc....
Guest guest
Your experience with Avicel is similar to mine. I felt headachey, nausea, and yukky. I will try to get some LDN with acidolphillus and/or lactose. Wish me luck and I will let you know what happens. So far, you're the only one who I've seen complain about avicel. Guest guest
Dar I always took my Ldn with cheese and crackers at night for the first few months anyway.I am allways peckish at night and this seemed better than chocolate! Also the Acidophilus has no side effects at all as we need this in our guts anyway. The naseau feels like morning sickness and unfortunately detracts from the LDN benefits. ____________________________________________________ IncrediMail - Email has finally evolved - Click Here
