Guest guest
We moved the table out and the BowFlex in, now I'm on it everyday. The more I work out, the faster my walking improves. At this rate, in another 4-6 months, no one will be able to tell I have MS. I think you are right Reg, LDN can stop the destruction, so the body can rebuild. Me and honey working out: http://home.earthlink.net/~dflomer/workout/ SammyJo SPMS since 1995, on LDN since Feb 2004 > regkreil@h... writes: By the way people I was actually " high stepping " this morning, almost marching and my wife was asking from the bedroom " Whats that sound, are you running? " It has been years since she last heard that! I guess the LDN is still stopping the progression and now my body is repairing, I just wish it would go faster. Reg. S.P.M.S. & on LDN since Oct 2003.
