And do any of us know what fillers are used in the supplements we take daily? The fillers in those are going to be several times the small amount used in the LDN caps...

Aegis thinks, no need to go crazy over fillers. It almost seems that the filler has become more important than the drug. It is LDN which has the effects not the fillers. If you dont believe this, try taking just the fillers, without the LDN :-)If you desire acidophillus, just take a spoon of cultured yogurt with the LDN.., why pay extra. The few mg of lactose in the capsules, should not affect even lactose intolerant people. Afterall most folks consume a few mgs of lactose every day.Same goes with calcium, cornstarch whatever..A> > Good luck Jill, that would have been my choice as well. Exactly. Or the other pills you've taken, supplements or prescriptions. Plenty of fillers there too.

This filler stuff does not make sense. That is a good point especially as I sometimes have a rice cracker and cheese at night with my LDN.

OK as if cheese doesn't count as lactose right or does it?

Why can I eat cheese and yet not drink a glass of milk, without bloating up?

Reg.
