Guest guest
I am also on an interferon (Betaseron) while also taking LDN. I struggled with this decision for a few days, and even stopped the Betaseron for one full shot. But, finally, I just decided to listen to my neuro and keep up with the Betaseron. He said I could continue with the LDN if I like, but that, in time, I might find that it is doing nothing for me. By the way, it is my neuro's opinion that LDN and Betaseron do not conflict with one another. I wonder if he even really knows... I KNOW the LDN is helping me. Since I started taking the LDN, my energy level has improved, as has my strength and vision. So I am also one who is taking BOTH an interferon and the LDN. Guest guest
G'day all I have been on LDN for 13 months and found it very good. Before that I was on Rebif for three years and before that Avonex for 11 months. After doing a lot of research and opinion gathering, I started on Betaferon three weeks ago. So far I have not found a deminishing of the LDN affect nor (well, after the first week which was lousy) a worsening from the betaferon. So far so good. The logic I am using is there is no evidence that shows they can not be used together, and the interferons have been proven to slow the progression of RRMS in approx %30 of cases. Yeah, I hate the needles, but I also hate worsening progression. Cheers Hennry > I am also on an interferon (Betaseron) while also taking LDN.
