Hot tubs and Stuff.........

Everyone is Different when it comes to the heat. Me, personally, I have to agree with Tom about the Hot tub thing! For me, it is definitley a NO-NO.

I live in Florida, so the heat is not something I can get away from easily, unless I become a hermit! And, I do tolerate it better since being on the LDN, but sitting in a hot tub is just too much of a change in body temp for me and turn into an over cooked noodle.... my choice is to stay out of the tub.

Those of you that can still enjoy, relax and get out feeling ok......think of me once in a while!! I do miss it!
