Alan,

I had my mercury removed 3 years ago. My feet and lower legs still get cold, stone cold, but it doesn't happen all of the time now. Sporadically. I, too, get cold easily, like if I drink an ice cold drink or eat ice cream. Now that I think about it, before the removal, I was cold all of the time. Maybe there is something to that???

Yes I am saying my blood pressure came up and has stayed up.

I am 75% through Mercury Removal and have been having a problem with

Low Blood Pressure. Are you saying that after removal your blood

pressure went up? I also get cold easily and have cold feet.

So if I have my fillings taken out (I have high blood pressure right now) would it go higher or drop?

I can't believe the mercury is keeping my blood pressure in check.

Something else that has occurred to me...before I started LDN, I never noticed getting hot at night (temperature-wise!). This is my first summer on LDN, and if it weren't for the ceiling fan that my son installed for me, I would be miserable most nights. Even with the A/C. Now remember we've discussed the hair growing like crazy issue. I have to wear my hair up in a ponytail at night because not only does it get caught under my shoulders, but it makes my neck sweat! I guess it is regulating my temperature tolerance in some way.

I was having a really bad time at night for a while. At first I slept incredibly well for the first time in years. Then I started sweating all night long, miserably hot. I quit taking calcium eap and that stopped, now my temperature control seems to be much better.

Our bodies are so confusing!
