Guest guest
Hi Tomasta/XGRAF, seeing mine was donated to me, the manual was not included as the previous owner lost it. This is their website: http:\\www.motomed.com Or you can try emailing the following consultant who was of great help to me, Birgit (strange name, lol) and asking for instructions of use. birgit.haiss@... I trialed it a few years ago, like I mentioned before, and it was simply a matter of turning it on, but if you are prone to 'intent spasms' as I am, it is advised to use the built in 'anti-spasm' mode which will detect your spasm, stop, and reverse the cycling action. I simply start off on a slow speed, and use it for 15 minutes to half an hour while i watch Bold and the Beautiful - no critising please guys, grrr. I have only had it in my home one night, and used it twice so far. Will know more of its potential the longer I use it, as with anything. It's a heavy bugger I agree. So, i have a permanent spot for it in my lounge (non-obstructive area) and my dog barks at it. happy motormedding to you too, i hope it wasn't too expensive for you to buy. And if you didnt buy it, just say you did to the MOTOMED people, hehehe, and that the dog ripped up the manual - Friday > Hi Friday, > > I just got a Motomed machine as well. >
Guest guest
Tomasta, Hello and thankyou for the offer of one of the manuals for motomed. I will be fine without one I've decided. BUt can you offer me a human assistant to help keep my damn spasming legs from flying off the pedals on bad days? Its hillarious - mind of their own. It is simple to use though isnt it? I'm so glad i have the basic factory model without all the fandangle optional extras which would make me need a manual or a degree in rocket science, lol. You are very kind to offer though. Your offer means more than the manual itself. One thing I chickened out of yesterday was the hot/cold bath technique - It's still winter here, and im a bit of a weakling - oh, alright, tomorrow's shower will be my first attempt again - be brave friday,ehehehe...(says she who has 2 heaters, electric blanket and 2 jumpers and Ugg boots on right now, bbbrrrr). By the way, day 101 on LDN and consistent symptom relief - but still got the dry hands - who cares - thats what sorbelene is for right? Happy Motoring - I've only missed 2 days since starting - but gees, Bold and Beautiful is getting so good I forget to switch off the motomed. Friday > Friday, > > I am now in possession of user manuals, in English, for both the Motomed viva1 and viva2. Not a stunning advance on, what I'm sure, you can see and guess as to how it functions.
