Louise,

LDN and diet management, two powerful ingredients in maintaining the best health possible! Once you read through some posts just a couple of days ago you'll see more info on the Best Bet MS Diet. Have a great weekend!

Hi ,

Im running way behind reading all these posts,so this reply of mine is probably irrelevant now.!

But here it is any way

Diet does influence MS. It is not a load of hooha.

There is a lot of good research to show milk and all dairy set off an immune reaction in MS;ers. .

Gluten has been shown to block opiod receptors in the gut besides doing heaps of other things

.

Its not all candida and Vitamin d and low carbs.

(Yes im fatigued today so this wont be along email)

With opinions now heavily split and big doubts cast on the autoimmune , and my bad unexplained rashes (Shades of Dermatitis Herpetiformis)?

Im trying gluten free again and yes it is hard when you’ve got kids!

PS all the MS drugs work best when your RR ( that is a pretty arbitary definition anyway from my experience, depending on whether you get totally better after a relapse and the neuro picks that up and what you want to hear)

But for how long ???

Best bet is ldn and diet management.
