At least that's how it works for most people. At a recent Select Comfort Sleep Advisory Board meeting, Dr. Miles Belgrade, a pain specialist at Fairview Riverside Hospital in Minneapolis, spoke about the role of sleep among pain patients. Interestingly, 89 percent of chronic pain patients report at least one type of sleep disturbance.
