Friday, mononucleosis is an infectious illness caused by the

Epstein-Barr virus, which is a member of the herpes virus family.

Okay, another poll, and 'fess up. Who has herpes? Twenty million of us

in the U.S. have it, including me. And it sounds as if a lot of us

MSers have had mono.

Does anybody besides me think that possible bacterial/viral/fungal

cause of MS is a base that needs to be covered?

LDN is palliative--it's treating the symptoms but not the cause, but

it's helping me function while I deal with the larger issue. I don't

want to and can't wait until minocycline has been conclusively tested,

and I will not support pharmaceutical companies and their price

gouging when there are cheaper and healthier alternatives. I'll keep

you posted on how colloidal silver goes.

Let's not forget that just because " they " haven't determined the cause

or the cure doesn't mean that we can't do it ourselves. If something

doesn't work, try something else, and give it time. I'm going to give

CS at least six months, maybe a year. According to Delise, who's

90% healed, symptom improvement can come in a matter of weeks. That'd

be nice. I'm PPMS and LDN hasn't helped much.

Keep the faith,

Martha
