I was told that buying second hand is always best for things like exercise

bikes.

The reason:

They hardly ever actually get used, and there are so many stored away by

people who had good intentions but lacked the will.

I have seen research that says that resistance bands are great for general

fitness for older people. I actually use them in our exercise class at

work.

Exercise equipment? Should I buy a

stationary bike?

Hey everyone,

I am considering buying and excercise bike. So that I could use it at

home in between PT.

Do you think it would be a good investemnt. I figure it wouldn't hurt

to use even when PT is done to keep my knees with good ROM.
