Guest guest
I'm down almost 100 lbs. But I really don't think it is a direct effect of the LDN, but rather that the LDN has helped me to feel good, so I am significantly more active. I never realized all that I was not doing due to fatigue - which thankfully is now gone. My overall diet has not really changed at all. 100 down / 100 to go!!! Guest guest
I feel your pain , thank goodness I'm not needing to lose weight because since LDN I'm craving food more then ever! I'm just making sure I do a good 15 minutes more at the gym each morning to accommodate the additional calories I'm sure I've been swallowing! It's so interesting how differently LDN effects each of us. -----Original Message----- From: Landau [mailto:carrieland2@...] Sent: Tuesday, August 10, 2004 5:08 PM low dose naltrexone Subject: [low dose naltrexone] Losing weight on LDN I can't believe all of you who are losing weight on LDN! I craved chocolate and sugar like crazy for the first few months. Thank goodness that craving's subsided; unfortunately, it hasn't been accompanied by weight loss. ________________________________________________________________ The best thing to hit the Internet in years - Juno SpeedBand! Guest guest
Okay, so here's me being defensive: I didn't say I was GAINING weight--just that I wasn't losing! ________________________________________________________________ The best thing to hit the Internet in years - Juno SpeedBand!
