Guest guest
We have been doing quite a lot of research and now have some experience with LDN, as far as I can see LDN by boasting the immune system can do a lot of good for MS particularly if you are going down hill fast i.e. it really only works on the mechanism that causes damage, if you are not progressing you may not see an immediate benefit. It can however suppress the immune system if you take too much, the problem is the dose is individual so for some (seems to be about 25%) 4.5mg will do harm by suppressing the immune system. The problem would seem to be if you get the dose right it will stop progression and allow your body scope to repair its self to an extent but if you take too much you can increase progression and do unlimited harm. It probably is the best thing anyone with MS can do, but it is not a game it can do harm. Just an opinion but we proved 4.5mg could harm my wife, she is doing well on 3mg i.e. improving.
