Guest guest
Hi Arlene, A535 is a rub, like Deep Cold. Only it is a little "colder" than Deep Cold. Costs about $7-8 Cdn. per 250g jar. It sometimes helps to cover the burning sensations in my legs - I rub it in as much as possible, especially before I go to bed if I am having a bad time. It is not really a great sensation, but better than the burning. I put on a pair of pajama pants to keep it from staining the bedding, (a nice blue colour, actually) although it does wash out easily. But I would definitely recommend the benfotiamine. It made a super difference for me. Don't worry about "letting it all hang out", so to speak. The more each of us knows about the other, the greater the possibility that something might "click" and end up being helpful. Like I said in an earlier post, there is no substitute for information, especially from people who really have MS, not just medical degrees. I was lucky in that I started my exercise program well before I was diagnosed, before I had begun to deteriorate very much. I figured whatever was wrong with me, having stronger muscles had to be a help. I credit that with at least slowing the rate at which I went downhill. Anyhow, best of luck, and if you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to ask. Tom from Edmonton
