Thanks for replying. The tabs I had were 150mg so 10 a day would be 1,500mg per day.

I just read one of your posts to Bev and you say you take 4 a day which is what I took. I had 3 bottles so that was 2 & 1/2 months supply, but it doesn't seem to have made any difference.

Would you advise what you think. Thanks Tom

Anyhow, I take 5 capsules of benfo at night and 5 again in the morning. But stupid as this sounds, I can't remember what the mg dosage is. I am at work, so can't go look right now. I will try to remember to look tonight, but if you don't hear back from me, send me a reminder.

By the way, I still have MS - I am definitely not cured by any means. My legs still burn a lot, and I still get tired spells. But compared to where I was, it is Heaven.
