Guest guest
Reg, Donna & Mike It may not be too late for that eye if you get on the Best Bet Diet! McDougall, who was the founder of that diet, was totally blind, in a wheel chair, and couldn't do anything but think. He figured out the basis of this diet and healed himself to the point of almost total health, seeing, walking with great balance, etc. until his death, when he was 83 years old. (It took him 4 years to heal, but the Diet has been more refined since then) It is a fascinating story. After we read his little pamphlet my husband started on the diet immediately and then on the LDN a couple of months ago. He's doing great, so I think there is something to this diet. Read about the Best Bet Diet for yourselves. http://www.msrc.co.uk/index.cfm?fuseaction=show & pageid=43 On Fri, 6 Aug 2004 10:32:01 -0600 (Mountain Standard Time) "Reg Kreil" <regkreil@...> writes: Thankyou so much for posting this as now I know what optic nueritis is. When i got it, it was because of being outside in near 100f. temps two years ago. I lost a lot of vision in my right eye and even after a cool almost cold shower I never got most of my vision back . After taking L.D.N. for one week all of my vision came back but that was a scary few months as that was my eye good eye. The M.S. had taken about fifty percent of my vision in my left eye about fifteen years ago, it is too late for that one. Reg. "Hi Members,My husband had just been diagnosed with optic neuritis, but this wasnot his first experience with it. His brother and two first cousinshave m.s. He is currently waiting for an M.R.I.
