Hi ,

Below is a copy of an e-mail I sent back about August 3. I now have been out dancing 4 weekends in a row, both Friday and Saturday nights, sometimes until 2:00 in the morning, and in general I am still feeling great.

However, I still have some burning and pain in my legs, and continue to exercise at least every other day in both a hot tub and a swimming pool. BE VERY CAREFUL IF EVER TRYING A HOT TUB - IT DOES NOT SEEM TO BOTHER ME, BUT IT DOES SEEM TO BOTHER MOST MSrs.

I also take benfotiamine - it seems to help with my energy level.

Well Hi Everybody!

I used to be a pretty good ballroom dancer. I never thought I would ever dance again.

Last week I went out and danced two evenings in a row!

I used to love going to our Heritage Days Festival here in Edmonton. It is the largest in the world. (brag) I thought if I ever went again, it would be in a wheelchair.

Last weekend, I walked through the whole thing, and actually ran a block when returning to my car.

Three weeks ago I was so tired I was sleeping, or in bed, up to 20 hours a day.

I am just completing my fourth day of work in a row (yes, I work weekends sometimes) and my energy level has been great!

Thank God, LDN, benfotiamine, my neuro, my GP, and all you wonderfull people in this group who helped keep my spirits up, and encouraged me to keep on trying, even when things did not seem to be working! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I feel like part of a miracle. I keep knocking on wood, just in case.

I wish each and every one of you this kind of blessing.

Tom from Edmonton
