Guest guest
, Audrey et al Hope you don't mind my jumping in here. I have been on the BBD for almost 2 years. My husband eats what I do. However, when he eats out he will sometimes eat cheese. He's been bothered with terrible migraines all his life. They were pretty much gone, but he would still get them occasionally. We were puzzled as to what was causing them. He recently was tested for allergies and the doctor told him to stay away from casein, a by-product of dairy. The other day he had a cheeseburger and guess what? A bad migraine. About a week later, he forgot to tell them no grated cheese on a salad he ordered. They had grated just a small amount on his salad and he took as much as he could off, but he got a small migraine. My point is you may ingesting something that is causing some symptoms and it might be a good idea to get the test. Just FYI Arlene
