Guest guest
As far as I know, the brain produces different amounts of endorphins every day, depending on a variety of circumstances. So how do you match a regular dose of LDN with an irregular natural occurance of endorphins? Could that be why finding the right dosage is often so difficult? I usually take 4.5 LDN, but then again I have better days than others. Could it be that if I knew my variable natural endorphin production - how I don't know - I could match it with a variable dose of LDN to come up with an "optimum" dose? Now that I have a taste of feeling better, and know that this is possible, I guess I want to continue to progress, or at least not regress. That's why I am curious about the dosage factor. Anybody have any ideas? TIA Tom from Edmonton
