Guest guest
my shots are spaced out around my body. we typically have four injection sites, and we rotate my three shots around them. i get them in my right and left thigh, stomach and left arm (b/c i cannot self-inject into my right arm). so, every week, one site is not used. if you cannot inject into your right arm, you may be able to use your left arm and one of the other injection sites i mentioned. i know it sounds like the others should hurt (i thought they would) but they're about the same (or less " paiful " ) than the arm (not that its painful, but its the only word i could think of). actually, of the four sites, my arm is my least fave and my stomach is my favorite one. hope it helps! heather --- In , " sweetliberty1776 " <laurie@...> wrote: > > Question for the group: > > Has anyone ever had 2 Xolair shots in the same arm on the same day? > I cannot have an injection in my right arm but my dose is 2 inj a > month. Years ago (when I was ALLOWED to give myself regular allergy shots) I gave one in my jelly belly. YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEOUCHHHHHHHHHHH! Never again!!! I get Xolair shot in each arm every other Friday and one REGULAR allergy shot the other two Friday's alternating arms.
