Hi,

I raise goats and these are close to humans in diseases. For ringworm, which is very simple to cure, I merely use whatever is closest at hand (bleach, iodine or whatever). If I had ringworm I would use either iodine or bleach; probably iodine because if you are deficient in iodine it is said you will absorb it through the skin. In an iodine deficient goat I would paint on iodine every day until it stopped being absorbed. Some say ringworm is an expression of iodine deficiency. I don't know this though. My point is, it is easy to cure and I merely use a Q-tip and paint the ringworm every day until I'm satisfied it is gone. I have 7% iodine which I use for newborn kids to stop navel ill and will use this if it is closest but if you use this strength on a human's skin (I douse my hands regularly), it can peel off a layer of skin. 3% iodine would be my choice to use on myself if I had ringworm.

Biotin and GSE.

Yes. My son's immune system had stopped working, so viruses just went

straight into his brain until I corrected his immune system problem.

Same with yeast.
