Nothing else in my life has changed except for taking Xolair, although my food intake has diminished and quality improved in an attempt to counter the weight gain. I lost 35 pounds the year after I started the shots. Although, it could be that some people do gain weight from xolair. Each individual can react differently to medications. This is a question for the medical professionals in the group to answer.
