I did a little net research on Steroid Acne and found these results:

" Steroid acne is the direct result of the use of steroids (prednisone,

Medrol, etc.). This is actually not technically acne, as there are no

tru comedones, but an acne-like eruption. This type of breakout occurs

suddenly with many scattered pimples that are all approximately the

same size and can involve the chest, back, face, and upper arms.

Higher doses of steroids are more likely to cause steroid acne. This

type of acne usually goes away on its own, but routine treatments may

help this to occur more rapidly. "
