bone building - fighting osteoporosis

I also bought hand weights at a used sporting good store - 3 pound

weights at $2 or $3 each. I googled bone building exercises or

something like that and got a few from the Mayo Clinic and other

sites that discuss fighting osteoporosis. A side benefit is that now

I don't have upper arm flab any more!
