Is there a specific brand or type of laxative tea you would recommend or certain desirable properties/ingredients to watch for?

I have done this cleanse. I lost 15 pounds and felt great afterwards. The

grade B maple syrup contains many minerals and vitamins and is very important

for this cleanse. It also, more importantly, makes your hunger go away. I did

this cleanse for 10 days and eased back to food in 4 days and it wasn't really

all that bad....I highly recommend it.....

Interesting site that was shared with me. The lemon juice fast/cleanse is

listed further down on the page. The top part tells this man's personal

experience and philosophy of healing, then further down it describes the

lemonjuice cleanse and explains why it is so effective.

I'm not going to put sugar in my water on a fast, but the notion of lemon juice

and the drops of cayenne jive with me very well. I probably won't put lemon in

6-8 glasses a day though! The other times I fasted I only put a little bit of

juice in the water once a day, and that worked well for me. My concern is that

the juice in the water will stimulate hunger...

REally interesting however, on the Amazing benefits of lemon juice!

Blessings,

Cathie

I have been doing the Master Cleanse on a regular basis since around

1992 and have helps hundreds of others with it. It's a great cleanse.

There are ways to make adjustments for different needs. I love it!

Drink a 10 oz glass every waking hour- more is better.

Salt water flush most mornings and the herbal laxative tea in the eve

before bed.

I recommend following the formula exactly. The grade B Maple Syrup is

loaded with minerals. I suggest approx 10 -12 ten oz glasses per day

for at least 10 days. herbal teas are fine. Dry skin brushing and

cleansing baths with essential oils, herbs, and mineral salts too- all

very, very beneficial.

Cleansing like this is not appropriate for everyone, but for those it

is it can be something close to miraculous.

How you ease in and out is the most important part- besides attitude.

Smooth Move is a good one that works well. Every night. steep well and

drink before bed.

Salt water flush if you *can*- be prepared to be by a toilet for a

while in the am- wake up early if needed.

You MUST not just release toxins, you must dispel them or you will get

sick and cause more toxicity.

Be sure to flush with the salt water flush according to the directions

and if you can not- or feel awful- use cleansing herbs like Doc's

formula #1 instead or a tea again in the am. Drink LOTS of water and

Lemonade

It's great warm or cold.

Dry brush daily and do cleaning baths, scrubs, and oils.

I bought mine at my local health food store, Wild Oats. I am sure you could get

it online, if your local store (or any around it) don't carry it.

I had my mother, 2 Aunts, unlce, sister and cousin all do this cleanse. They

loved it and all said it wasn't bad at all, meaning they weren't too hungry.

Coming from an Italian family hunger is treated as an almost mortal sin!!! :))

Good Luck!!!
