Hi guys...

My son and I have never eaten Asparagus...and I am wanting to try them...does anyone have any particular way that they fix them to make them stupendously delicious??? I would ask my MIL who fixes them but I am pretty sure she will tell me to boil them and serve them covered in some processed cheese spread that she melted in the microwave with milk...YUCK!! lol...so any advice would be appreciated!

Hi Caroline,

I eat asparagus lightly steamed and then drizzled with

olive oil with just a tad bit of the herbal salt blend

I make. Really scrumptious.

Well let me see, hmmmm.....

I don't have any measurements but I can tell you what I put into it.

Everything but the kitchen sink. LOL I use dehydrated and powdered up

citrus rinds, dehydrated and powdered up veggie pulp from juicing

(beets, cucumber, tomato, onion, garlic, carrots, celery, chilis, bell

peppers), dried thyme powder (wildcrafted), dried marjoram powder, dried

bay leaf powder (wild crafted), basil leaf powder, cumin seed powder,

total tonic powder, sage leaf powder, rosemary leaf powder, cilantro

leaf powder and either sea salt or himalayan salt powdered up. It really

is quite tasty and quite nutritous too. Just play around with it till

you get it the way you like.
