Really scrumptious. Don Quai

I don't have any measurements but I can tell you what I put into it. Everything but the kitchen sink. LOL I use dehydrated and powdered up citrus rinds, dehydrated and powdered up veggie pulp from juicing (beets, cucumber, tomato, onion, garlic, carrots, celery, chilis, bell peppers), dried thyme powder (wildcrafted), dried marjoram powder, dried bay leaf powder (wild crafted), basil leaf powder, cumin seed powder, total tonic powder, sage leaf powder, rosemary leaf powder, cilantro leaf powder and either sea salt or himalayan salt powdered up. It really is quite tasty and quite nutritous too. Just play around with it till you get it the way you like. -- Peace, love and light, Don Quai " Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man.
