Guest guest
On the news today they are warning of Vancouver Lake closure due to Blue Green algae overgrowth which will make humans/pets sick. I don't go to this lake but am wondering why something green and herbal sounding makes people sick. Granted they are probably unhealthy to begin with. I always thought that algae grows due to high nitrogen levels, so is it the algae or maybe the fertilizer/nitrogen that is settling in the lake?
