Guest guest Posted November 28, 2007 Report Share Posted November 28, 2007 hey guys its megan. i havent posted for a long time but ive been following the group disscusions. i am now sick... my peak flows have been gradually dropping for 3 days. i am on all of my meds and i am on advair 500 instead of 250. i think its the weather. but i have a question that im hoping that you guys can help me out. how do you figure out your " red zone " and the other zones? i forget how to do this and i need to figure it out. any help would be greatly appreciated. im just trying to stay away from the prednisone and the hospital. thanks - megan Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
