Guest guest
: Welcome to the group - I am not a mom of twins, but there are many members in here who are who hopefully can give you some much needed helpful advice to get your twins to sleep. I'm sure you're very frustrated at this point. Were they good sleepers before they rec'd their helmets? Sorry it took so long for them to adjust to the helmets. Most baby's tolerate the helmets/bands just fine, unfortunatley for you, yours aren't. Good luck. Guest guest
Hi Both of my twins also had to wear helmets to correct their plagio. We had some fussing for the first few days, but they did eventually get used to it. My twins have always been good sleepers, thank goodness! Do you have a set bedtime routine for them? If you do, try to stick to it as much as possible. Have you tried putting their helmets on after they have fallen asleep? We've had to do that on a few occassions, and except for minimal stirring, they never knew that we had put their helmets on. I hope it gets easier for you, let us know how it goes. Guest guest
I am going through a horrendous bout with sciatica which seemed to come out of nowhere. I can barely walk across the room and feel totally powerless. I don't have many herbs on hand and I am looking for relief. ANY relief. I can't even get out to the store to get a pain killer (I never take them but in cases like this I'll take anything!) because I just about hit the ground face first taking a few steps. Are there any exercises or anything else you know of that can help? I'm icing my back a lot and drinking tons of water (I read it can help). Right now I'm drinking a garlic/soymilk infusion recommended by Dr. . There are books on the web saying some exercises give some instant relief and thought I'd throw this out to you guys. Anybody who has been through this knows what it's like! Thanks! Gloria
Guest guest
Have you checked out the nerve formula in the files? Also deep tissue oil, MSM (mega doses) how about DMSO? I have basically no herbal formulas right now and I can't get out to get any. I DO have some MSM. Hmmm...maybe I'll try that right now. Thanks! Guest guest
also what herbs do you have on hand? If the gorup knows that we might be better able to assist. Cayenne tincture, raw garlic bulbs, echinacea tincture, burdock tincture, super tonic, lobelia tincture, goldenseal tincture, osha tincture. Dry herbs on hand...slippery elm, black walnut, echinacea root, wild yam, oregon grape, myrrh, rosehips. In the garden...some puny parsley leaves, a very young comfrey plant with some leaves on it and a real young (just planted) mullein plant. That's about it. Guest guest
Dear Géraldine, The only things that I can think of are as follows: Where are you getting your LDN from, what is the dosage, what type of filler are you using, what supplements are you taking, what is your diet like, have you been under a lot of stress and are you getting enough sleep? What type of exasperations are you having? We are all hear to help in anyway to try and help figure this out. Would you like me to send you out a copy of Dr. ce's protocols? My best Aletha [low dose naltrexone] need help! hello, I'm Géraldine, 33 years old, French. I've been taking LDN for 2 years and I now have a very big exacerbation... my last IRM shows 5 new scars and I've had sensitivity symptoms for 4 or 5 months. I don't want to take steroids because it's not compatible with LDN, but friends tell me to take steroids despite this.... I would like to ask Dr Bihari and Dr Lawrence their opinion about my problem. Could anyone out there please e-mail me their e-mail addresses so that I might get in touch with them to talk about my case? Thanks very much to everyone, Géraldine

Please let us know where you're getting your LDN and what filler is being used if you take it in capsule form. Dr. Bob Lawrence, Dietary Research Ltd, 10 Heol Gerrig, Treboeth, Swansea, SA5 9BP. Guest guest
Dear Geraldine, Your English is excellent. Last year as we were going through finding out that my husband had MS, and then finding LDN, we had an exchange student from France with us. Her name is ce. We call her Laurie. If finances are good we will be going to see her and her family this summer (in July). She was such a wonderful help to us last year and we became so close as she went through so much with us. We all definitely noticed the difference that LDN had made for . His MS was came along after his having one month of total stress. We had just bought an investment home in Florida and it became ours only 1 day before all of the Hurricanes hit. He worried for the whole month and then came down with symptoms for MS. I will send you a copy of the " welcome e-mail " and Dr. ce's protocols are attached to the e-mail. I will also forward on some earlier chats that I have saved regarding the areas that you are having problems. For spasms and pain (although it sounds really strange) I would try putting open bars of soap in your bed near the areas that hurt. Strangely enough so many people say it works. It is worth a try. Just don't tell anyone, that way you won't feel foolish if it does not work. Please keep me posted on how you are doing. My very best Aletha [low dose naltrexone] Re: need help! Dear Aletha, Thanks a lot for your response! I am taking LDN from a doctor and by a pharmacy. My dosage is 4,5 mg since 3 or 4 months (just after the exasperation's begining) the filer is lactose since 2 years.... since always! and I never had any problem with lactose. I am taking a lot of supplements : magnesium, potassium, vitamins, fishes oil... My diet is not special. About stress and tire, I think that is the reason of my exasperation.... but now stress is gone away. I am more quiet! About my symptoms, it would be so long to enumerate... I have sensitive troubles.... burn feeling, cold feeling, electricity feeling, pains... I would like you to send me out a copy of Dr. ce's protocols? Thanks, for your response and excuse me for my bad english. Géraldine
