Guest guest
On xolair I had no trouble with my sinuses anymore after 6 months. And barely needed Benydryl. It takes awhile though. I had heard it helps eczema (skin rash) as well. --- pyle456 <coachmac@...> wrote: > Sinuses and lungs are both airways. Inflammation in > one may lead to > inflammation in the other. Guest guest
coming from a person that is the queen of sinus infections I hope it works on my sinuses too! I also recommend allergic people get reptile pets. I have a 5 foot iguana that is almost 13 years old. He's an awesome pet with lots of personality. Any lizard people out there? ________________________________ From: [mailto: ] On Behalf Of Harold Pineo Sent: Friday, July 27, 2007 9:13 AM Subject: Re: [ ] sinusitis and asthma On xolair I had no trouble with my sinuses anymore after 6 months. Guest guest
HI Addy: Thanks for the info. I agree totally. Kathy pyle456 <coachmac@...> wrote: Sinuses and lungs are both airways. Inflammation in one may lead to inflammation in the other. For me, it usually starts in my sinuses and then works its way down to my lungs. It may start in the lungs for other folks. I have huge inflammatory issues and terrible allergic sinus disease, so 9.5 times out of 10, my asthma episode will be triggered by sinuses. Also, mucus in the sinuses can drain straight to the lungs and cause asthma episodes that way. As for me, I saw improvement in my asthma first, and it took a little longer to see improvement in my allergic sinuses from Xolair. But I've had huge improvement in my allergic sinus disease thanks to xolair. Guest guest
Hi, Ram, Like I said recently, my asthma improved before my sinuses once I started Xolair, but my sinuses have improved immensely. Good luck, and let us know how you are doing. Addy > Sinuses and lungs are both airways. Inflammation in one may lead to > inflammation in the other.
