i have the same issue. i too am latex sensitive (meaning, its just a

topical reaction right now). for years, i've been getting underwear

that has the elastic (which is made with latex) covered with cotton.

hanes and fruit of the loom both have a line of these underwear. i

get them at target or walmart.

as for bras, the only ones that i can find that have the elastic

completely covered are sports bras. i see that hanes also has

the " comfort band " bras, so i'll have to check them out.
