Cheyenne is really going through it for such a young age. You two are

Thank you for the information, Cheyenne was tested when she was about 3

and we did try Soy but the same thing happened as you pointed out 50% of

those allergic to cows milk are also allergic to Soy so at that time we

tried Rice milk but we found no joy because of gastric reflux it just

wasn't heavy enough to keep it down but for us today is a whole new ball

game, Cheyennes bone density test came back as compromised and shes only

16 (years on and off Prednisolone) and now we are dealing with Anorexia

Nervosa so for us nutrient is high on our agenda as our pulmo said she

doesn't want Cheyenne taking calcium tablets just yet and wants to see

if some changes to diet can help her first but in saying that we have

found that Zymil is so well tolerated as far as her reflux goes and with

the asthma it hasn't been as bad of late, granted we won't know what

else is really affecting her until she gets allergy tested again (we

were told allergies can also change as we get older) and I know it will

be worth while doing and we are on a list to have it done but the wait

is between 6 months and 2 years, it's the most helpless feeling having

these things out of your control and not being able to help your own

child when things in front of you seem logic, so any advice is so much

appreciated.
