Guest guest
WTG!!! Live, Love, Laugh Yea me! Today I walked on the treadmill for 32 min. at 3mph and 8-10% grade. I also lifted weights for upper body. I still can't bench press 120 although I try every week. I can do 110-115 but 120 keeps beating me. I will do it eventually. Ann .. Guest guest
My 2 year Xolair anniversary is tomorrow & I'll be doing shots 97 & 98 to celebrate! YEA ME!! Can you see me doing a jig?! LOL!! On the down side....today I feel like total ICK! I think that I over did it outside last week when we had ozone alerts three days in a row!!! I'd been working out in my vegetable garden, I know I should have been indoors, but I was out and over did it. Luckily I haven't had to get the nebulizer out. My peak flow today is at 400 pre albuterol, so we're still in the green zone. I'll just make sure I drink LOTS of fluids to help keep my lungs clear. I was never officially diagnossed with A.B.P.A. but I think that's what I have. (Dang mucus plug always caused problems for me pre-Xolair.) Off to grap a mug of tea or coffee , going to sit down to finish reading this article in news...incase you haven't read this, you all might be interested in it as well! http://news./s/nm/20070704/hl_nm/asthma_children_dc_2;_ylt=Ah ILTbtHq8Nk3aPT8GPLNsUE1vAI Happy Breathing and Happy July 4th!!!!
