I must say I have been very pleased with this specialty pharmacy.

First, my Xolair shipment was scheduled to arrive tomorrow (Friday).

They called yesterday and asked if I wanted to speed it up or delay it

due to the approach of Hanna. The young lady I was talking to said

they were making calls all up and down the eastern seaboard to

patients/offices due to receive shipments on Friday. I know they are

motivated by not wanting to take a hit on any undelivered medicine, but

still, it's a great thing.

Second, apparently a number of specialty pharmacies come under the

Accredo name (I guess there's been a merger or something) and all the

patients got a letter explaining this and saying that pharamacists

would still be available 24/7 and so forth.

I have to say that I have had terrible luck with Accredo. They overbilled me for

5 months, it was hard to talk with someone who spoke English and the shipments

where constantly late. It took a call to my State's Attorney General to get my

money back.
