calling all sinus sufferers

Hi!

I count myself as lucky that I do not get sinus

infections or headaches regularly. I think I have one

now tho so I need your input on what I should do.

There is a lot of air pollution and tree pollen

around. With that said, my nose is not stuffed at all.

BUT I have really big pain behind my eyeballs (it

hurts to look left and right) and my face hurts beside

my nose. I am taking tylenol, advil, cappucinos (for

the caffeine) and I started sinus rinsing despite

having little secretions.

Does this sound like a sinus infection/headache from

pollen?

I have not added a decongestant but I will get an OTC

one today (forgetting about my small blood pressure

problem.....)
