Guest guest
We did an informal survey on this group a number of years ago, and many of us had family members with arthritis and tissue issue issues (augh). anywho, it is important to talk to your doctor about this b/c it may be as much a factor of genetic components and/or predisposition to inflammatory responses in general. I have more trouble with my right foot and ankle and my right hand since starting Xolair. However, this also coincides with me no longer havng to take pred on a regular basis, and surely the prednisone would have been masking any other type of inflammation in addition to working on my sinuses and lungs. Since my mother and my grandmother have and have had severe arthritis and osteo-inflammatory issues (sorry if its' the wrong term), I'm confident that that is a genetic issue for me, and so is my doctor.
