Obviously with the news reporting that this year's flu vaccines have

turned out to be nearly useless, those of us with lung conditions are a

might concerned. These are a few things I do to try to keep germs at

bay:

I lysol door handles, faucet handles and the toilet-flusher-handle in

the bathrooms at my office at least twice a week.

I wash my hands and/or use hand sanitizer like it was going out of

style. Sometimes in the winter I get allergic eczema on my hands, so

sanitizer is better sometimes for that reason.

I avoid movie theaters, going to the mall, and going to Walmart and the

grocery store during peak hours.
