Guest guest
Prior to November, I used to call option care to order my xolair. Two dose supplies were delivered. When I ordered for December, I was told only one month supply and they questioned why I was calling not my allergist's office. I told them ever since I moved to Fl, this is what I was told to do. They said no. They would place the order this time and that was the last. They also said to take it up with BCBS I called BCBS, they knew nothing of it. The dr's office said I was to still call. When I was at the office, I called from there. Option care now said I can call. (I am now confused but whatever). January's order was placed, also February as well. Now I am more confused. February comes around, option care calls and says I need to order. But I recall the dr's order said they had xolair for February. I call the dr's office asking how much supply I have. They call back and say they had 6. Now, I am utterly confused. Do they have me mixed up with someone else? Am I being over charged, bank account does not reflect that. At the dr's office, they pulled out all the vials, they all have my last name on it. No one seems to know the answer and I am really confused. This is too weird. I am broke as it is, I don't want to be hit with a big bill coming down the line. I keep calling but no one seems to know. If you can understand this, great, I am completely confused. Hope all is well
