Guest guest
is that it is currently only approved for folks with moderate to severe allergic asthma who are steroid dependent or for whom more traditional treatments (e.g., immunotherapy) don't work. HOWEVER, I know it is widely prescribed off-label for folks with who have other serious IgE mediated issues, such as severe allergic eczema and severe allergic sinus disease. I believe I've already shared with the group that my docs are using it on patients with severe allergic eczema to great success.
