If your lung specialist says you're getting enough air but you still feel like you can't take a deep breath, you could have a capacity issue that stems from something else. I have some friends who don't have asthma or an underlying medical issue who say they can breathe more deeply after they visit the chiropractor. You may want to have a discussion with your GP and see what recommendations he/she has. Just thinking out loud. Good luck to you.
