Jay, welcome to the group!

Are you getting plenty of exercise? If your lung specialist says

you're getting enough air but you still feel like you can't take a

deep breath, you could have a capacity issue that stems from

something else. I have some friends who don't have asthma or an

underlying medical issue who say they can breathe more deeply after

they visit the chiropractor. You may want to have a discussion with

your GP and see what recommendations he/she has.

Thanks!  so glad i found you guys!

hmmm, that's interesting.  i get plenty of exercise, 4 days/week jogging etc. 

what do you mean by capacity issue?  what do you think it could stem from?
