Guest guest
If I give my son the enzymes (zyme prime) after he has been eating for awhile will it work or is it too late? I open them and mix with juice. karen
Guest guest
The enzymes will work in the gut until the stomach empties...about 90 minutes. If it is within 90 minutes you may probably get some value, but not much after that. . p.s. we sure are getting a bunch of karen's here. Cool. Guest guest
Most neuros want the 'hard scientific proof', and since there is only anecdotal proof, most attribute improvement to a placebo-effect or some fluke of some kind. If you show any hard improvement and have any success getting the neuro to take a stand out of the ordinary, let us know how you did it! Most of us are pretty much on our own. If we are lucky, our docs will say something like, "Stick with whatever you are doing because it seems to be working." Such as changed (or non-changed) MRI's, changes in their disability rating, improved physicals?

Has anyone elses babies experienced > this? Maybe its related? > My daughter Ella also had reflux, it was very scary, but once we diagnosed it and got some thickeners for her milk, we did better, and she grew better and felt better. She took baby gaviscon to coat her tummy and esophagus, in case she vomited, it would not be so bitter, then we thickened her milk with baby rice cereal. They offered us a corn starch thickener, but the rice tastes so much better and was an actual food. My milk had dried up from stress at this point so we were on formula. She grew out of it at almost 1 year to the day, she stopped squeaking, choking and everything. She is 3.8 now, and just the same size as the rest of the gang around her. Her BPES does not slow her down one bit, and she does well with school and friends, has not been picked on once yet, we praise God for that, as kids are not so kind sometimes. Guest guest
Th original poster was asking about the Autism Scholarship program. When you utilize that program, the IEP is maintained by your resident school district. The scholarship program is completely different than charter, private, or any of the programs such as OHDELA for example.
Guest guest
When I get an asthma attack that just won't stop, my asthma seems to be aggravated by constant post nasal drip. What will stop this? Dr.'s office suggested Mucinex which doesn't help at all! I use a lot of Beconase and that helps very little.
Guest guest
Ask your doc if you can have an anticholinergic. Let him or her know the mucinex is not improving the PND. They help dry up the mucus without allowing it to stick around and get infected. there's an inhaled one that you can take, like any other nasal inhaler. I take a combo drug - Rescon MX - that has a little antihistamine, a lot of sudafed, and an anticholinergic in it. I find it's very helpful. I would still recommend you take mucinex during the day, in order to try to keep that nasty mucus on the move and not stuck in your sinuses infecting things. Again, ask your doctor. Guest guest
Do not believe the exercise is affecting your GB at least not in a negative way - how is your weight? do u drink plenty of fluids and are you taking AF Beta food? Also, recommend u include beets into your diet- lightly steamed or raw- preferably organic- try and eat organic as much as possible Also, recommend you check out Dr Esselstyn's book on how to Prevent and Cure Heart Disease- and to try his diet for 4 to 6 weeks - I am fairly certain it will take care of your problem - a month is not a long time-- it will go by quickly- after that if inclined you can return to your normal diet - I tried it and as u can tell am a big fan as the results were outstanding. Guest guest
Thought I'd chime in here as well... In addition to the beets and water that mentions, adding in radishes, artichokes, apples, and turmeric (in curry, etc.) should help. Here's an article on some other foods for gallbladder help: http://ezinearticles.com/?Natural-Diet-For-Gallstones---The-Top-5-Foods-to-Reduc\ e-Your-Gallstone-Symptoms-and-Pain & id=4580040 http://www.gallbladderhelp.com > > Thanks, , you're always helpful.
