Guest guest Posted March 18, 2006 Report Share Posted March 18, 2006 Reprinted from the Justice for All disability newsletter: ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ----- Here is an update on activities related to the US Holocaust Memorial Museum's Insights Series from last Thursday night, when Harriet McBryde provided the Disability Rights Perspective on the US Holocaust Memorial Museum's exhibition " Deadly Medicine: Creating the Master Race " about Nazi medicine and eugenics, as part of the Museum's Insights Series: 1) C-SPAN: Sunday Night, March 19 at 7 pm ET: C-SPAN will broadcast the interview with Ms. by USHMM Director of Oral History Joan Ringelhheim - who was thought provoking, wise, and very respectful of the disability perspective. Ms. was just being her usual brilliant self, but the impact was stunning! Be sure to tune in! www.booktv.org/schedule/index.asp?schedID=408 2) CBS News Weekend Roundup with Dan Raviv: Last weekend, Ms. was interviewed by Dan Raviv, Producer/Host of the " CBS News Weekend Roundup " that was broadcast over the CBS Radio Network. Anyone can comment. You don't have to have been at last Thursday's event to participate.
