Access problem w/ Xolair injections

I live in a rural area and my allergist is 200 miles away. My GP said

he cannot give the shots (nurse too busy) and the hospital here also

refused. My only option is to travel 200 miles 2x month. Allergist

will not allow me to self-inject.

Has anyone had similar issues ? Any suggestions ?
