Guest guest
That's interesting Gloria. The bottom line w/ yeast tho is a change in body chemistry/alkaline. So whatever it takes to make that happen will eliminate the yeast. Yeast can be a battle to fight, but once fought (due to dietary changes for life) everything is sooo much better. Not to mention that victorious connection between our health and the knowledge that we are what we eat gets reinforced. Does that make sense ? Too many people have yeast problems, women and men and it's unfortunate that currently most of those folks will never figure that out or know what it feels like to live w/o it. I found the best oral antidote for yeast overgrowth is grapefruitseed extract. It tastes horrible but it does the trick. 15+ drops in a glass of water about 3 times a day, eliminate the sugar and the yeast dies off.
