ALMOST had to go on evil candy

Day before yesterday, they sprayed for bugs where I work. I told them

not to spray in my office itself which they didn't, however, the other

parts of the building got me to me. I knew it was wrong but I wound up

nebbing 4x with my usual xopenex and atrovent combination between 8 am

and noon.

I got so bad that I called the doctor. I BEGGED him NOT to put me on a

Pred burst and taper so he sent me home and told me to neb with a

Pulmicort ampule and to take a xanax to calm me down after my over use

of nebs.

Once I got out of that bug spray, my asthma got instantly better.

My asthma is back to normal again.

Three things I can't be around:

1. Bug spray

2. Perfumes

3. Cigarette smoke

Got my 122nd xolair shot today and blew my usual 600 on the the little

kazoo! THANK GOD, NO PRED!
