Guest guest
This is an aside, but if you do go to a chiropractor, see if you can dredge up someone who uses " the Activator method " . I have to recommend it, because " regular " chiropractors never did a thing for me, but these guys with their little punchy-thing have fixed sciatica and more, amazingly quickly and painlessly and without making me feel like I was gonna snap in half. Any way you go, good luck again! -S
Guest guest
I have to add something to your suggestion of the " activator " method of chiropractic. My chiro uses the " toftness " method - sounds like it would be very similar to activator - he uses a little punch-thing too. I've been going to him for 25 years, ever since I sustained a compression fracture in the lumbar region. It works great for me - my big toe on my right foot starts tingling, then slowly works its way up my leg, if I don't go every single month.
