Addition of another inhaled steroid

I've been on prednisone for a month and can't seem to get off it. My

pulmo suggested adding another inhaled steroid instead of staying on

the prednisone. Does anyone do that? I already take maximum dose of

Pulmicort and pulmo suggested adding 4 puffs QVAR 80 per day. Is there

another ICS that I could add instead of QVAR? Adding more pulmicort

doesn't help.
